After our huge lunch at Tian Tian chicken rice, Pat persuaded us to try the German sausage in Chinatown. The vendor was an Austrian who decided to live in Singapore. Wishing to support himself, he had to find a vocation that would provide him with a decent income. Hence, he came up with the idea of selling German style sausage in Chinatown, a very logical combination to say the least. :-) As he has been selling German sausages in Chinatown for more than 5 years now, he has obviously found an appreciative clientele.

Austrian sausages in Singapore's Chinatown? Makes perfect sense. I'm guessing he's not exactly facing a lot of competition.
