We are spending our last hours in Hong Kong as we leave for the airport tonight. Pat was planning to stay up to watch the USA - Ghana World Cup soccer game. Not sure if he actually did or not but Teri and I woke up at 4:30 AM. Since we were up anyway, we watched the last 30 minutes or so of what eventually became a loss for the American team. Gee, we should have stayed in bed. Oh well, so it goes.
We have opted to have late checkout for our room as it allows us to have the convenience of our hotel room until 6 PM tonight. Since we do not actually go to the airport until 7:30 PM, we can use the room as a base during our last hours in Hong Kong and even shower once more before going to the airport.
